These terms govern your booking with VENTURA. Read them before paying. Accepting them is a condition of booking, and we issue no ticket without your explicit acceptance of both these terms and the liability waiver.

What we provide

بوجي سفاري على مسار ترابي واحد في صلالة. تُحجز المركبة لا المقعد: عشرون ريالاً لمركبة تحمل شخصاً واحداً، وخمسة وعشرون لمركبة تحمل شخصين.

A buggy safari on a single dirt trail in Salalah. You book the vehicle, not the seat: twenty rials for a vehicle carrying one person, twenty-five for a vehicle carrying two.

الأرجوحة العملاقة تُباع بالشخص: ريالان للصغار وثلاثة للكبار، وترتفع بك ثم تعود وحدها. ولا مدّة معلنة لها.

The giant swing is sold per person: two rials for children and three for adults. It lifts you, then settles on its own. No duration is stated for it.

ميدان الرماية يُباع بالشخص كذلك: ثلاثة ريالات لستين رصاصة، تحت إشراف مباشر ووفق تعليمات المشرف.

The shooting range is also sold per person: three rials for sixty rounds, under direct supervision and according to the marshal's instructions.

من يقود ومن يركب

Who drives and who rides

المسار خاص ومغلق، فلا تُطلب رخصة قيادة. يقود من يستطيع التحكّم بالمركبة بعد الإرشاد، ويحكم مشرف المسار في ذلك عند التجربة.

The trail is private and closed, so no driving licence is required. Whoever can control the vehicle after the briefing may drive, and the trail marshal decides that during the trial run.

الراكب من 6 سنوات فأكثر، والمركبة تتسع لشخصين.

Passengers must be 6 years or older, and each vehicle seats two.

ونمنع القيادة على من يبدو تحت تأثير مسكر أو مادة مؤثرة، ولا استرداد في هذه الحالة.

We refuse to let anyone drive who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance, with no refund in that case.

الحضور والفترات

Arrival and time slots

احضر قبل موعدك بـ 30 إلى 45 دقيقة. الوقت يُستهلك في التسجيل وتوقيع الإقرار والإرشاد وتجربة المركبة.

Arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your slot. That time is spent on registration, signing the waiver, the briefing, and getting used to the vehicle.

الفترات تبدأ 08:00 وآخر انطلاقة 18:00، كل 30 دقيقة. الوصول متأخراً قد يعني تقصير رحلتك أو فقدانها، لأن الفترة التي بعدك محجوزة لغيرك.

Slots run from 08:00, with the last departure at 18:00, every 30 minutes. Arriving late may shorten or forfeit your ride, because the slot after yours belongs to someone else.

انطلاق الرحلة

When a trip runs

لا حدّ أدنى لعدد المركبات. حجزك وحده يكفي لانطلاق الرحلة في موعدها، فلا ننتظر أحداً غيرك ولا نؤجّل لقلّة العدد.

There is no minimum number of vehicles. Your booking alone is enough for the trip to run at its time — we do not wait for anyone else and we do not postpone for low numbers.

الدفع والسعر

Payment and price

السعر بالريال العُماني وشامل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5%. لا رسوم موسمية ولا رسوم عطلة نهاية أسبوع، والسعر واحد في الموسم الاعتيادي والخريف.

Prices are in Omani Rials and include 5% VAT. There are no seasonal or weekend surcharges, and the price is the same in the regular season and in khareef.

الدفع عبر بوابة ثواني. نحجز مقاعدك حجزاً مؤقتاً مدته 15 دقيقة أثناء الدفع، فإن لم يكتمل الدفع عادت المقاعد للبيع ولم يُخصم منك شيء.

Payment is through the Thawani gateway. We hold your seats for 15 minutes while you pay; if payment does not complete, the seats return to sale and nothing is charged.

لا نُصدر تذكرة قبل أن نتأكد من وصول المبلغ. العودة من صفحة الدفع ليست إيصالاً — تذكرتك تظهر بعد تأكيدنا.

We issue no ticket before we confirm the money has arrived. Returning from the payment page is not a receipt — your ticket appears after our confirmation.

الإلغاء

Cancellation

تُلغي حجزك من حسابك حتى 24 ساعة قبل الموعد، فيعود المبلغ كاملاً إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها.

You cancel from your account up to 24 hours before your slot, and the full amount returns to the same payment method.

وبعد ذلك يُقفل الإلغاء الذاتي: بين 10 و24 ساعة تواصل معنا، وأقلّ من 10 ساعة تُبحث الحالة مع الإدارة. والتفصيل في سياسة الاسترداد، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.

After that self-cancellation closes: between 10 and 24 hours, contact us; under 10 hours, the case is settled with management. The detail is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

ومن لم يحضر ولم يُلغِ مسبقاً فلا استرداد له.

And if you neither show up nor cancel beforehand, there is no refund.

والاسترداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية فقط. لا رصيد داخلي ولا قسيمة.

Refunds go to the original payment method only. No account credit, no voucher.

السلامة والمسؤولية

Safety and liability

المسار ترابي، والجو حار في معظم أشهر السنة، والغبار سيصل ملابسك. اِلبس ما لا تخشى عليه، وأحضر ماءً.

The trail is dirt, the weather is hot for most of the year, and dust will reach your clothes. Wear something you do not mind, and bring water.

الخوذة إلزامية ونوفّرها. تُلبس طول الرحلة.

Helmets are mandatory and we provide them. They are worn for the whole ride.

توقيع إقرار إخلاء المسؤولية شرط قبل الدفع. القيادة خارج المسار المحدّد أو تجاوز إرشادات المرشد يُنهي رحلتك بلا استرداد.

Signing the liability waiver is a condition before payment. Driving off the marked trail or ignoring the guide ends your ride with no refund.

ونحتفظ بحق تأجيل الرحلة أو إيقافها لأسباب جوّية أو فنية أو أمنية. وحينها نعرض عليك أمرين تختار منهما: نقل مجاني إلى أقرب فترة متاحة، أو استرداد كامل إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها. القرار قرارك.

We may postpone or stop a trip for weather, technical or safety reasons. In that case we offer you a choice of two things: a free move to the nearest available slot, or a full refund to the same payment method. The choice is yours.

بياناتك

Your data

نحتفظ باسمك وبريدك ورقم جوالك لأننا نحتاجها للحجز ولإشعارك. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية لجهة أخرى.

We keep your name, email and mobile number because we need them for the booking and to notify you. We do not sell them or share them for another party's marketing.

بيانات بطاقتك لا تمرّ علينا ولا تُخزَّن عندنا. الدفع يتم داخل صفحة ثواني.

Your card details never pass through us and are not stored by us. Payment happens inside the Thawani page.
